Man in Cell Phone Dispute Crashes Car and Injures 5

At 7:30 p.m. Monday, a 19 year old Pittsburgh man, crashed into home at 2255 Regent Way, authorities said. He was arrested after the rampage when it was determined that it was intentional.
The suspect had been arguing with the resident of the home about a ring and a cell phone. The man drove into the man, injuring him, and then hit four others before continuing into the home and stopping in the living room.
The five injured individuals were driven to Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley and St. Rose Hospital in Hayward.
The suspect tried to flee but was captured. He is awaiting a court date.
