At about 2:20 Monday morning, a three-vehicle collision involving a mail truck occurred on northbound Highway 880 just north of Broadway, reported CHP authorities.
The mail truck went on fire and blocked all Highway 880 northbound lanes for about three hours. The two left lanes were opened as of 5:20 a.m., according to the CHP. The other lanes remained closed until 6:00 a.m. while the CHP removed the truck from the road.
